Two members of RESAC recently attended the Communities Leading on Climate conference. RESAC committee member Todd Schwendeman will be providing a recap at Tuesday’s regular committee meeting. RESAC will be holding an emergency meeting on Friday (6 May) at 5pm concerning the elimination of the Sustainability Coordinator position in the proposed budget. RESAC applauds the City of Rockland’s Endorsement of No Mow May and the announcement that the City will leave portions of municipal properties unmowed until 1 June.
