The winners of this year’s Coast Guard City Golf Tournament are Scott Bowen, Brandon Mandella, James Meadows, and Michael Miller! Deb McNeil presents three of these winners with a plaque (to be engraved with their names) in the accompanying photo. They are from the Southwest Harbor unit of the U.S. Coast Guard. Two of the winners from last year won again this year!
