Taxpayers must complete this form by April 1, 2020 to get the exemption for the 2020 tax year (fiscal year 2021).

If taxpayers have questions about entries on the form, they should check with their installer or refer to the installation or contract documents.

The completed application should be submitted to the Assessing Office at Rockland City Hall.
